What is in this unit?

This unit explains how to use your computer to work with friends and classmates on your writing, by talking about your work and exchanging drafts. In Unit Six, you will learn how to give and receive feedback on Microsoft Word documents in more detail.

This unit also introduces two special applications for collaborative work. If you do not know what these are or how to get them, look at the following Turbotools before you begin this unit.

Talking about your work

Learn how to use Eudora Light and ICQ as tools for talking to other students about your work. Find out how to form discussion groups using these applications.


Exchanging drafts
